Full Description
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to add to our Marketing team. This applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of print design and front-end web and email design, with the ability to deliver top quality work in a fast-paced environment. Expert-level knowledge of all aspects of print and web design, with examples of current and trending design styles and best practices is required.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a creative and collaborative team that designs and develops highimpact digital assets.
Design and update graphics for briengs, marketing materials, website pages, and other projects as requested.
Create exemplary, intuitive visual design solutions for marketing materials, presentations and other visual representations including brochures, posters, banners, html emails, illustrations/graphics and logos
Design innovative concepts and content for websites, emails, animation, and video graphics
Manage and adhere to brand standards and knowledge of copyright images/logos
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Passion for graphic design
Love for creative collaboration with fellow team members
Interested in understanding the why behind a design. Desire to capture the true vision of a design request
Ability to work on multiple projects and complete work by desired target dates
Strong understanding of the principles of website and graphic design along with real world experience developing complete websites
Knowledge of SEO best practices for website design and HTML structure
Strong knowledge of major design applications to include the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
min 5 years of experience in related eld
Able to independently initiate, manage, execute and report tasks as identied by the government
Equally adopt with design in both oine and online communication formats
Talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion; exhibit exibility and ability to create multiple creative concepts and speed
Experience in Corporate Identity or Brand Identity
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
Fluent in English, German is a plus
