01/26/2016 to present work at online store MOYO as a Leading Specialist. I manage a team of 7 people and I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for my employees to grow and develop their skills.
While working with clients, my main focus is to provide outstanding service. Within the last year only I achieved customer satisfaction rating of 95%, exceeding the company's target of 90%.
Additionally, I am knowledgeable and experienced in 1C database testing. I finished AMC Bridge's testing course “Fundamentals of software engineering and testing of engineering software” and QATestLab's “Basics of Software Testing”. Currently, I'm using my skills of manual testing in practice and constantly improving my abilities in this area. I also create test documentation as checklists and test cases. I work with BT Mantis and Test-Link software.
