Full stack web developer/front-end and back-end

A full stack web developer is needed. He should have experience with HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. The applicant needs to have experience in front-end and back-end. Serious, honest, patient, respects dead-line and willing to be working for a long-term.

The developer needs to share the full script. Wordpress is not accepted.

Providing a proof of work is preferred.

The charge will be agreed on once I share the UI/UX design with the developer.

We are creating an online platform to connect wholesalers with procurers in the Middle East. We are currently still in the UI/UX design phase, but we have some pages that we would like to start coding. I would have attached the files but unfortunately, upwork does not allow us to add attachment unless there is a contract between us.

The pages that we want to start with are simple. Text, photos, a menu and tabs that should be linked to other pages.

But for the long run, do you have experience with digital payment services? like integrating PayPal, Payoneer, Strip, etc...?

For the start:
We need to code the main page and the blog page now,
The rest can be done later.

For now, I would suggest that we agree on a price for coding the attached pictures.
Of course, we will have to code them front and back-end.

The text and pictures in the blog are just an example of how it will look like, so you are not going to do them.
