The digital marketing position

✅ Company name: Get Claude
✅ Field: Digital Marketing, with emphasis on Facebook and marketing automation (such as Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign)
✅ Short description of the company: Get Claude helps consumer brands manage their business in all aspects – from brand development, marketing, selling on marketplaces, et al. We are a remote team with members in California, Texas; and Lyon, France.

✅ About the position: We own a portfolio of consumer ecommerce brands, and are looking for someone who will directly work with the founder of these companies.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, passionate, solution-orientated digital marketer who speaks the lingo of digital marketing, who can collaborate with the founder and doesn’t need to have a detailed standard operating procedure ("SOP") for every task; and in fact would work with our head of People Operations to create SOPs + hire team members for repetitive tasks. Interested in a long term position with a perspective of getting promoted to digital marketing director.

✅ Required Experience & Qualifications:
Expertise in Facebook advertising platform, Klaviyo and/or ActiveCampaign email automation, managing creation of marketing media assets
Strong marketing background
Fluent in all digital marketing channels and can effectively develop innovative strategies and measure outcomes. Does not need to be expert in all, but should be able to quickly learn if needed. 
Goal orientated and passionate about delivering full funnel solutions that deliver measurable results
Strategic and adaptive mindset
Capable of getting things done and prioritize tasks with minimal direction
Have exceptional time management skills with a track record of effectively making deadlines
Ability to transition quickly between multiple projects
Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
Personable and enjoy collaborating in a team environment


✅ Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with the existing team to create the standard operating procedure (SOP) for different tasks.
Help us grow methodically by systematizing our marketing processes.
Actively collaborate with team members to grow a marketing team.
Work on marketing for the brands we own.

Help us to offer some of our marketing services to outside clients.
