Customer Service Manager (English, Russian)

Furniture and mattress sales company (Los Angeles, CA, USA) is looking for employees for remote work.

26 000 грн · $4.5-$6.5/hour

We are also looking for employees for our newly created company (dealing with transportation of freight goods and cars within the USA).

Remote work from your own room.
Working schedule from Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours/week), evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

- communication with customer over the phone (IP telephony), chats, emails.
orders processing (placing, correction, cancellation, claims handling, reports management)
- communication with suppliers (order placing, correction, cancellation, payments)
- communication with delivery company (assistance in working with customers, time-conditions of delivery).
- assistance with ordering (stock availability, price, ETA, etc.)

Requirements:

- English / Russian speaking (excellent knowledge of English)
- willingness to work in the evening and night time in Kiev
- confident PC user
- must have very good internet connection.
- should have own PC.
- Web camera availability (we communicate with our colleagues and management via Skype)
